Why the limits?
Instagram caps how many automated messages an account can send, at roughly 200 an hour. We stay just under that so your account never gets flagged. The other limits keep the beta fast for everyone.
What happens after the beta?
We’ll probably add paid plans for people who need more accounts or automations. When we do, you’ll hear about it by email well before anything changes, and nothing you’ve set up will switch off without warning.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You sign up with an email address and connect Instagram. There’s nothing to pay.
Is there a limit on leads or comments?
No limit on leads. Every matching comment is answered, up to 190 automated DMs an hour per Instagram account, which is the safe side of Instagram’s own cap.
What counts as an active automation?
One keyword setup that’s switched on, such as “GUIDE on this Reel” or “PRICE on all posts”. Drafts and paused automations don’t count.
Can I connect a personal Instagram account?
Instagram only allows this for Business and Creator accounts. Switching a personal account to Creator is free and takes about a minute in the Instagram app. Which one should you pick?
