Privacy policy

PhysioDesk operates PhysioDesk Funnels, a service that businesses and creators (“customers”) use to automatically reply to comments and messages on their own Instagram professional accounts. This policy explains what we do with the personal data of our customers and of the people who interact with our customers’ Instagram accounts.

If you comment on or message a customer’s Instagram account

Through the official Instagram API we receive your Instagram-scoped ID, username and display name, the text of the comment or message, which post it was on, the time of the interaction, whether you follow that customer’s account (only when they require following before sending details), and anything you choose to send in messages. The customer whose account you interacted with decides how this data is used; we process it on their behalf only to send the replies and messages you triggered, to show the customer their leads and results, and to prevent spam and abuse.

If you are a customer

We collect your name, email address, business name and password (stored hashed), the Instagram professional account you connect, and the automations you create. We use this to provide the service, contact you about your account, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations. Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. We share it only with Meta Platforms, which delivers Instagram messages, our hosting provider, and our email provider for account emails, or where the law requires it. Data about the people who interact with a customer’s account is visible only to that customer’s workspace.

Retention

Contact and conversation records are kept for 12 months after the last interaction and then deleted. Customer account data is kept while the account is active and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time. See the data deletion page or email tusharserasiya@gmail.com. If you interacted with a customer’s account you can also contact that business directly. You can stop future messages by not interacting further, and customers can disconnect Instagram at any time.
