User data deletion

PhysioDesk Funnels stores data about people who comment on or message the Instagram accounts of businesses that use it. To delete the data held about you, email tusharserasiya@gmail.com with the subject “Instagram data deletion” and include your Instagram username. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

We will verify the request, delete your contact record, the comments and messages we stored, and any other personal information linked to your Instagram account, and confirm by email within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record.

Removing the app's access in your Instagram settings stops any future access, but it does not tell us which stored record is yours, so please also use the email process above. Customers who want their whole workspace deleted can request it the same way.
