Terms of Service

These terms apply to PhysioDesk Funnels (“the service”), operated by PhysioDesk, which lets businesses and creators connect their own Instagram professional account and automatically reply to comments and messages. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password secure, and only connect Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for everything done through your workspace.

Acceptable use

You must follow Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Meta’s Platform Terms. You may not use the service to send spam, unsolicited bulk or misleading messages, harass people, collect data without consent, promote illegal goods or services, or impersonate anyone. The service only messages people who commented on your posts or messaged you, and only within the limits Meta allows; you may not try to get around those limits.

Your data and your followers’ data

You control the data your workspace collects about people who interact with your Instagram account, and PhysioDesk processes it on your behalf to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact those people and for answering their requests about their data.

Free beta

The service is currently offered free of charge as a beta, with usage limits (for example, the number of connected accounts, active automations and messages per hour). Features and limits may change. We may introduce paid plans in future and will tell you before any charge applies.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, puts the service’s access to Instagram at risk, or is inactive for a long period. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your workspace by emailing tusharserasiya@gmail.com.

No warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. It depends on Instagram and Meta, which may change or restrict their features at any time, so we cannot guarantee that every message is delivered. To the extent the law allows, PhysioDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost leads or lost profits arising from use of the service.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will show the new effective date on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Morbi, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
